Nancy Osterbuhr
Greetings! My name is Nancy Osterbuhr and I serve on the Family Selection Committee with Habitat for Humanity. I was fortunate to grow up on our family farm in Bertrand, NE. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Kearney. I live in Minden with my husband
Arlen who works at the Minden Exchange Bank & Trust Co. We have two grown children and are blessed with three, (soon-to-be-four), grandchildren. I have worked as a Residential Lending Originator at First National Bank for the past 20 years. In my spare time I enjoy motorcycling with my husband, traveling, boating and attending UNK events. I look forward to my first year on the board. It is an extraordinary opportunity to help others with the American dream of home ownership.
