Cindy Barney is chairman of the finance committee. She joined Kearney Area Habitat for Humanity shortly after its beginning in 1992. Her responsibilities include organizing closings and servicing loan repayments. She works with her husband Kent at Barney Abstract & Title and has three grown sons.
